| FEES FOR 2024 WINTER SEASON |
Age is determined by age as at 31 December in the year of play.
Late registrations will only be considered IF there is availability in an appropriate team.

| Officials (Non-Players, Coach, Manager, Umpire) | All Officials (Non-Players, Coach, Manager and Umpire) MUST complete the PlayHQ online registration (no cost) and provide their current Working With Children Check (WWCC) details (18 years and over). |
| ACTIVE AND CREATIVE KIDS PROGRAM |
The current Active Kids and Creative Kids voucher programs are both closing on 31 January 2024. From 1 February 2024 these will be replaced with a new combined Active and Creative Kids voucher program, continuing to make it easy for parents to enrol their kids in activities like Netball. The Active and Creative Kids voucher program will provide two $50 vouchers each calendar year to eligible parents, guardians and carers of school-aged children receiving a Family Tax Benefit Part A or Family Tax Benefit Part B, or both Family Tax Benefit Part A and Family Tax Benefit Part B.
If you have not used your 2023 voucher, you must do so before the expiry date of 31 January 2024.

| JEWELLERY |
No jewellery is permitted to be worn during games. Please note that taping of earrings is not permitted under Netball Australia rules. Any player caught playing with jewellery will be asked to leave the court until such time as the item is removed. Please do not take your child to have their ears pierced immediately before or during the season.
INTERNATIONAL RULES OF NETBALL - JEWELLERY
5.1.1 Players may not wear anything that could endanger themselves or other players, specifically:
(a) No adornment or jewellery may be worn other than a wedding ring which must be covered with tape,
(b) A medical alert bracelet may be worn provided it is covered with tape
Any player caught playing with jewellery will be asked to leave the court until such time as the item is removed.
All umpires are reminded that they need to check all players prior to the start of the game to ensure that players are not wearing any jewellery.
ALL players and coaches need to be aware of this rule and that the only exceptions are a wedding ring and medi-alert bracelet.

All players are reminded that they must wear our registered Club uniform. No bike pants or unregistered jumpers/sloppy joes/skivvys when playing. Our registered Club uniform is:
- Green dress, black sports briefs, Ashbury Socks (optional) or predominately white socks, OR
- Ashbury shorts and singlet, sports briefs, Ashbury Socks (optional) or predominately white socks.
If you have long hair, it must be tied back off your face. Nails must be cut short and filed, no jewellery (rings, ear-rings, nose-rings or any piercings, bracelets) to be worn and should be left at home so that it doesn't get lost.
