Registrations for IWNA 2026 Summer Competition are open from Wednesday 19 August 2026 at 6:00pm. All details regarding registration are contained below. Please make sure you have read through thoroughly BEFORE registering.
As there is only a short registration period for Summer Competition it is very important that returning players know which team they expect to be playing in before they register to help with the team allocation process.
Age Groups - Summer Competition is open to the following age groups:
- Modified (8s & 9s) girls and boys
- Junior (10s - 15s) girls and boys under 12
- Cadet Girls (16s & 17s)
- Senior Women's (18yrs+)
- Cadet Boys (13s - 17s)*
- Cadet Mixed (13s - 17s)*
- Senior Men’s (15yrs+)*
- Senior Mixed (15yrs+)*
* Players should only register if they have a full team (minimum 8 players) organised and committed to playing in the Summer Competition.
Players are eligible to play both single gendered and mixed competitions if they wish. If you would like to play in 2 teams, please email the club after registration to let us know.
Dates and Times - Games will be held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, commencing 6th & 7th October respectively and running for 10 weeks, finishing on 8th & 9th December.
Grades will be playing the following nights:
- Tuesday: 10 - 15 Junior, Cadet & Senior (Female)
- Wednesday: Modified 8s & 9s, Mixed, Boys, Senior Men and Walking Netball
Playing Times - TBA by Association (times will not be known until the fixture is completed on 20 September 2026).
Location - All games are held at Cintra Park Netball Courts, Concord.
Fees - There are two separate fee tiers, as players who participated in the winter competition have already paid the Netball NSW/NA portion of their fees for 2026.
- Fees for players who played 2026 Winter Competition:
- Modified (8s & 9s), Junior (10-15), Cadets (16 & 17s) = $85.00
- Seniors (18+) = $100.00
2. For those who did not play winter competition, a Netball NSW/Netball Aust fee will also be charged.
New players should contact the club before registering so we can give you an indication if there will be a place in a team.
New players can receive a discounted NNSW fee for Summer Comp by toggling the 3 months membership option on the checkout page.
NOTE: NEW PLAYERS SHOULD NOT REGISTER BEFORE 10 SEPTEMBER IF THEY WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 3 MONTH REGISTRATION FEE (Netball NSW component)
We are able to accept Active Kids vouchers, however they must be used at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Umpiring - As always, we will do our best to allocate umpires, however we cannot make any guarantees. If we cannot allocate an umpire to your team, the team will be required to cover their own umpiring duty. Senior teams in particular may need to find their own umpires. Jewellery - World Netball Rules apply
ALL JEWELLERY MUST BE REMOVED - this includes earrings, nose-rings, rings, bracelets etc.
If anyone has had their ears pierced recently, they cannot be TAPED, earrings MUST be removed.
Registration Details -
- Registrations opened Wednesday 19 August 2026 at 6:00pm.
- Registrations will close Thursday 10 September 2026 at 9:00pm
We will only accept a registration after this date if there is a relevant vacancy in a team.
Teams are required to have a minimum of 8 players to be entered into competition.
Parents, please note that many of our coaches will be taking a break and there is no training during Summer Comp.
So we are expecting the assistance of parents to take on the role of Team Organiser. This would mainly involve keeping in contact with the team via a WhatsApp group and allocating playing positions to the players.
Volunteers would be greatly welcomed.
